There are so many beautiful prayers in the Catholic church! Here is a basic list that we recommend memorizing, to include the two creeds.
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
And forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those who trespass against us;
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
Amen.
Hail, Mary, full of grace;
The Lord is with thee!
Blessed art thou among women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.
